Data Protection Casework
Subject access requests, governance frameworks, and privacy policies that people can actually read. Triage, templates, timelines, and plain-English responses that meet UK GDPR requirements.
Ops in Regulated Environments
Payments disputes, lending applications, and compliance casework in FCA-regulated banking and fintech. CPR claims, DD Guarantee cases, KYC checks, and process improvements that reduce repeat contacts.
EDI and Workers' Rights
Inclusion policy at Leeds Comets, data protection and union casework at UTAW, and practical advocacy informed by my experience as a neurodivergent queer person.
